One thing I learned when looking for ways to improve my vision, is that glasses and contact lenses are actually harming your eyes. This explains the reason why I had to always get stronger glasses in order to see more clearly. So I will share some of the information that I picked up about the negative effects of wearing glasses.

First of all, glasses are only used to temporarily fix your vision but do not cure your eyesight. The glasses are preventing your eyes from healing on their own and actually you just become more dependent on them. Before I could see clearly without artificial lenses, I know that I felt lost when I didn’t have my glasses and I’m sure many of you feel the same way.

I know that many of our daily activities can put quite a bit of stress on the eyes which can be difficult to avoid. For an example, I rely on the computer for work and I know that staring at the screen for hours is probably not the healthiest for my eyes. But I just simply couldn’t change jobs because the computer is harmful for the eyes. The good news is that that are eye exercises to use to help our eyes relax and keep the eyes stress free. Picking up a few new habits is the best bet we have to improve eyesight naturally.

Wearing glasses can cause strain on your eyes and also make them become more and more dependent on them over time. This is obviously bad thing and overall we want to avoid wearing glasses. If you think about it, wearing glasses or contact lenses are just covering up the problem rather than a cure for the problem. It is said that our eyesight will naturally get worse as we get older and relying on a pair of glasses will only speed this process up.

I know that this is not what I wanted for my eyesight and before I improved my eyesight naturally, that was exactly what my glasses were doing. It was making my vision worse. I wanted to concentrate on eliminating the mental strain I had on my eyesight or at least learn ways to improve eyesight naturally and that’s exactly what I did and I hope you do too.
